Dawn Holthouser - Office Manager
Dawn left her thriving career in a well-known apparel store to
manage Crossroads office in 2006. In addition to day-to-day operations, Dawn
coordinates staff meetings, plans Crossroads events, connects members with
staff and services and even chauffers for outings in the church van. Dawn's
creative flair emerges in everything she touches, from Crossroads weddings
and event decorations to her own home: "I like making my house a home so
it's inviting when people come in." But of all her activities, Dawn finds
the most rewarding part of her job is the most hidden: helping individuals &
families in need.

Ministry Intern
Sara has been a part of
Crossroads for 22 years (yes, she is 22). She first started working with the
kids when she was in 6th grade and has been actively involved in Kids'
Ministry ever since. She is currently a junior at Cal State Fullerton where
she is studying to get her Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent
Development.
 Robert and Maria Garcia -
Maintenance Team
Even before they attended Crossroads
Church, Maria began volunteering in our food distribution ministry. Before
long Robert joined her, supplying helping hands and expert organizational
skills. Soon Robert and Maria's whole family had become integral members of
our church family. Maria's current "food ministry"--her delicious cooking
for every occasion from large church gatherings to meals for families--is a
hit with everyone. Robert and Maria’s servant-leadership is being passed on
to four beloved grandchildren whom they are raising: Sabrina, Enrique, Reyna
and Robert.
